Pixel Tags and Cookies

Magic uses Stripe to process payments and does not store your payment information or process payments. However, your information, including payment information, may be stored by third parties that transmit or process this data on our behalf, including Stripe and Twilio, which transmits text messages on our behalf. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of our third party service providers.

Your information collected through our website may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Magic or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. Keeping Your Information Safe

Magic cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our website. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Magic will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Magic does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users.
